The Art of Feeling - Skills to Move from thought into Mindful Awareness This 75 minute workshop will leave you with tools to help manage day to day life stressors and gift you the ability to feel into your body with compassion and grace. It will start with gentle movement, and then lead into skills to identify sticky thoughts and emotions. The workshop will end with a group meditation to cultivate present awareness and a greater ability to sit with yourself and your feelings.
