My Approach

Areas of Support

You may recognize your patterns of thinking and behavior, yet still struggling to feel grounded, connected, and at ease. Perhaps you're navigating difficult emotions, relationship challenges, grief, or a season of uncertainty and change.

My approach offers a compassionate nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences with curiosity, deepen your connection to yourself and others, and develop new ways of navigating life's challenges. Areas we may explore together include:

  • Anxiety, depression and  emotional well-being

  • Trauma recovery and nervous system regulation

  • Relationships, intimacy, and connection

  • Grief, loss, and life transitions

  • Identity, sexuality, and LGBTQ+ affirming care

  • Veterans' experiences and life after service

Beach And Ocean

Yoga & Somatic Therapy
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic reprocessing, we work with the wisdom of the physical body to help process emotions and lived experiences at a pace that feels safe and is trauma-informed. This bottom-up approach supports the nervous system in restoring a sense of grounding and presence, which can be especially healing for individuals with complex or developmental trauma.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain naturally process and release distressing experiences. Using techniques like eye movements or tapping, it reduces the emotional intensity of past events without needing to retell every detail. It can be helpful for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and feeling “stuck,” supporting a greater sense of ease and emotional freedom.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT-informed therapy offers a skills-based, evidence-supported approach that helps individuals manage intense emotions, build healthier relationships, and increase self-awareness. Drawing on the four core DBT pillars—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—this approach empowers clients to create balance, strengthen coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Coaching

My coaching approach is grounded in collaborative, strengths-based practices that support clients in clarifying goals, overcoming blocks, and taking intentional action. Rather than offering advice, I facilitate insight, accountability, and growth through structured reflection and empowering dialogue.
