Based in the NYC metro area. I'm a Yoga Teacher Trainer and licensed psychotherapist, bringing over 20 years of experience integrating mindfulness, yoga, and Eastern study.
I consulted and opened wellness studios in Denver, Dubai, China, and NYC as lead director, served as the former yoga teacher for the Denver Nuggets, and now support coaching clients through Lyra Health. My psychotherapy, EMDR, and somatic therapy offerings can be booked through Hudson River Care and Counseling in New Jersey.
By gently meeting what is—with compassion for our natural human behaviors—I offer a space where clients feel heard, supported, and seen as inherently resourceful. Like you, I’ve faced life’s stressors, ruminating thoughts, and profound loss. Over the years, I’ve provided mental health services to hundreds of clients from across more than twenty countries, spanning diverse racial, cultural, religious, and social identities.
