Please join me Friday, May 31st 4:30-5:30pm @yogapodlowry for our Yogic Happy Hour Series. This all levels flow class is titled “Chakras A La Violin”. We will move through all the seed sounds and energy centers of the Chakras to live violin. This class is accompanied by Violinist Lannie. Truly a magical and vibrational experience not to be missed. We will have snacks and beverages after so you can meet the other faces you so often see on your mat.
