Mental Health Coaching and Therapeutic Services
Hi, I'm Krista, I'm from New Jersey where my family still resides. My parents were born and raised in Brooklyn. NYC will always be my first home and Denver, Colorado is my now home. Grateful to say I have taught at top ranked studios in NYC like Soulcycle, Y7, and Exhale. Consulted and opened studios in Dubai, China, and NYC. Yoga teacher to the Denver Nuggets. Coached over two hundred individuals who have experienced an average of 88% improvement on levels of stress and mental well-being. You can find me supporting clients with Mental Health Coaching via Lyra Health while half way through my graduate program towards becoming a licensed therapist. I have a lifetime commitment to providing a safe and inclusive space to all humans including the LGBTQ+ and Veteran communities.
FAVORITES: Pasta, family, transcendental meditation, and
dropping into other types of flow like surfing, snowboarding, and sewing
MUSIC: Hip-Hop, jazz, indie, classical, and bluegrass, tunes that move my soul
APPROACH: My shared knowledge is based from a committed personal practice in movement, meditation, reflection, and balance. My coaching sessions, much like my yoga class offerings, are an invitation to get to know yourself better and explore ways to cope with life that are guided with compassion. My base of cognitive, dialectical, somatic coaching is blended with fifteen years of eastern studies, mindful practices, and symbolism to unearth the hope and magic that is already there within the human. From there, we begin to invite more ease into life.
